Navigating life's ordinary and extraordinary challenges

build resilience and heal

About
Veronica Greaves
I’m Veronica, a Clinical Counsellor and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner® supporting people through life’s ordinary and extraordinary challenges.

Whilst we can’t make life flawless, together we can work towards making sense of your experiences, healing from the past, and building greater capacity to manage difficult times.

My priority is to create a trusting space where you feel supported to explore what’s happening in your life with greater understanding, clarity, and self-awareness.

I combine traditional talk therapy approaches with Somatic Experiencing®, a nervous system-based approach that supports the body’s natural ability to resolve and recover from traumatic stress.
Supporting you
You may be dealing with a specific issue or seeking more general support. I work with people experiencing:

  • Significant life changes
  • Grief and loss
  • Overwhelm
  • Anxiety or depression
  • Difficult relationships
  • Persistent health challenges
  • Unhelpful coping patterns, including drug or alcohol use
  • Childhood, past, or current trauma

My work combines traditional talk therapy with Somatic Experiencing®, a gentle, nervous system-based approach that supports recovery from stress and trauma.
